Job briefings, hazard assessment, and PPE on every site visit. OSHA, insurance, and training records current. Incidents tracked to closure. EMR and TRIR on request.
Quality
Peer check before issue, hold points, written checklists, and quality assurance that reports outside the delivery line. Scope change under 1% across 1,000+ projects.
Insurance and bonding
Certificates of insurance, bonding documentation, and W-9 on request. Limits in the supplier packet.
Data and records
Per customer segregation. Access by role. A record that cannot be altered after the fact. Daily sync with your systems of record. Client data never appears in our marketing.
Names and consent
Client names are withheld under our agreements. We publish no client, program, city, award, or manager name without written consent. A number without a name beside it is why.
