What does the platform automate?
The routine work that slows a program down: intake checks, deadline and permit tracking, reminders to owners, and status reports. It flags projects at risk of slipping, pulls key details out of applications and permit documents, and drafts status updates for review. Your people still make the decisions.
How fast can we go live, and what does it take?
Weeks, not months. We move your active projects over from spreadsheets and existing tools, set up your workflows and standards, run a pilot batch, and train your team. We need your project data, your standards, and a point of contact. Setup, training, and support are included.
Will it scale as our programs grow?
Yes. It runs from a single program to a portfolio across several companies, each with its own people and data. It handles more than 1,000 projects across seven utility departments today.
How does it integrate with our systems and our client’s? Is there an API?
Yes. The platform connects to mapping (GIS), asset, work management, and finance systems through an open API, scheduled data syncs, and file imports. Status and project data can flow to your client’s systems of record, so nobody types the same data twice.
How much training will our team need?
Very little. The workflow follows how utility projects move, so most users need no formal training. Short self training videos and guides are built in.
How is our data secured, and who owns it?
You own your data and can export it at any time. Each customer’s data is kept separate, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed by role with single sign on. Every change is logged in an audit trail that cannot be edited. Your data is never used for anyone else. Security documentation is available on request.
